MORNING Skill Lessons, offered at KIRKWOOD ICE RINK and ST. LOUIS ICE ZONE - One lesson per week for several consecutive weeks, as noted below for each location. 

Intense, individual, specific, “small group training” with Synergy Hockey Coaches - lead by SYNERGY's Dir. of Hockey Development, Derek Pallardy, and lead coaches Matt Buha, Ashton Rivers and Owen McNamee.

     • Mix of skating + stick and puck skill work, focusing on individual development  

     • Build confidence by repetitiously executing skill work in real game like situations

     • Develop shot and ability to score in every scoring opportunity found in the game

     • Become stronger on the puck * Learn how to protect the puck and win those one-on-one battles
